What this website collects
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We do not sell or share personal data.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the page securely and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare acts under its own privacy policy.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, phone number and anything you choose to write. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. WhatsApp itself is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms.
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as needed to respond and for any period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law if you become a client.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Send your request on WhatsApp and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
